Chicken:
Some individual Chicken cuts (ie. breast, whole birds, thighs etc.) are paid for by the pound, with a deposit paid up front. Once your order is weighed, you will receive an email with the final invoice to be paid at or before pickup. All boxes (Subscriptions, or one-time boxes) are paid in full up front

Beef:
All Beef cuts are pre-weighed and individually priced, so the price paid on the site is the final price, no deposits or invoicing! Price Shown in the main menu is the price per pound for each cut

NOTE: All our products come frozen. Our Chicken is vacuum sealed and flash frozen at the butcher for maximum freshness. Our Beef is wrapped in butcher paper for easy unwrapping
Sirloin Tip Roast
Although the name suggests this cut comes from the loin section, the sirloin tip roast is actually cut from the primal Round section of the cow. Also known as the round tip roast, this cut is best cooked low and slow, as it comes from a tougher part of the cow. It's recommended not to cook this cut beyond medium-doneness as it will begin to get chewy if cooked beyond this point. Try in a stew, kebabs, or other slow-cooking meals!
