Chicken:
Some individual Chicken cuts (ie. breast, whole birds, thighs etc.) are paid for by the pound, with a deposit paid up front. Once your order is weighed, you will receive an email with the final invoice to be paid at or before pickup. All boxes (Subscriptions, or one-time boxes) are paid in full up front

Beef:
All Beef cuts are pre-weighed and individually priced, so the price paid on the site is the final price, no deposits or invoicing! Price Shown in the main menu is the price per pound for each cut

NOTE: All our products come frozen. Our Chicken is vacuum sealed and flash frozen at the butcher for maximum freshness. Our Beef is wrapped in butcher paper for easy unwrapping
T-Bone Steak
The T-Bone is taken from the primal loin cut, one of the most tender parts of the cow. with 1/2 tenderloin, and 1/2 striploin (NY strip) steak, the T-bone is a definite crowd-pleaser. with average marbling and flavour of the striploin, and the soft an juicy texture of the tenderloin, you can't go wrong with a classic T-bone steak!
